If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange or refund. Simply follow the instructions and submit a request for return/exchange in your order page and we will try our best to meet your request.

Order Cancellation

We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should Contact Us once you decide to cancel the order. For Unshipped Orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase ,we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 7 days of receipt for all items ( except Bikinis, Tankinis, One-Piece Swimwear  and Lingerie.) in new condition. 

1.Get in touch with our customer service representatives  by sending us a ticket in your account, indicating which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return. (Please note that you need to put a piece of paper which contains your order number and the reason for return or the exchange informaition of your items in order that we can solve your problems successfully. )

2. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.

3. Drop off you package at the local post office.

4. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.

5.About shoes: Since the size of the shoes exceeds 40 yards, the customized time is about one week, so we don’t support returning shoes for more than 40 yards.

Return Conditions


1. You can decide if an item is right for you within seven7 days after receipt of the goods, if not, you can certainly contact us within 7 days of receipt.

2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: customized products (such as shoes over 40 yards), Bikinis, Tankinis, One-Piece Swimwear and Lingerie.

3. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing and brand-in-new. We do not accept the returned items which are worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. 

4. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by yourself directly without contacting  us first.

Once we receive the returned packages we will refund you immediately, Customer will get the refund  within 2 days for PayPal  and 7days for credit card.  

Please note that do not send your package back to the address on your package. That is not an effective return address and will cause your package to be lost. And you are responsible for the loss due to the wrong address. So please contact the customer service and they will spare no effort to help.
